I love MBT shoes. I just started wearing them and noticed immediate differences in the way my knees, hips, and lower back felt. The Lami sneaker does run small. So comfortable and everyone notices them and asks what they are. I LOVE the rocking motion and the fact they work my legs. I won't wear anything other than MBTs... get the discontuined models to save big $$$
