I had twisted my ankle and when I was wearing the MBT Sport shoe, I could tell there was no pressure on my ankle because I felt no pain!

but I ordered my true size and they were too small. Also the back seems a little low, because even though I squished my feet in to see how they would feel, my heel kept slipping when I walked. These are going back, maybe a different style might work better for me.

I haven't had these shoes that long, but I definitely feel a difference in my legs. I'm using muscles that I have never used while walking. Great workout! With the price, I was definitely skeptical to spend the money - but, I think I made a wise choice. You do walk differently in them - it's a great feeling. Walking has become easier!

These shoes are pretty amazing! I've owned them about a month now- waited to post my review until I REALLY knew- you're welcome! I got a little sore wearing them only a few hours the first day and thought "hmmm..." So I started wearing them all day everyday and I've actually lost a few lbs!
