As a collector you'll love them but if you need a good pair of plain black nike's some ball with I highly recommend them.

I've had my MBTs for over a week now. I bought them at the strong suggestion of my podiatrist. My feet were in constant excruciating pain. Since I got them, while I wear them, I feel no pain whatsoever! Today I wore some Clarks with some prescription orthotics, by the end of the day my feet were killing me. I put on my MBTs as soon as I got home, my feet are already feeling much better. My posture is also much better when I wear the MBTs. The only downside is the price but well worth it given the difference they made for me. One of my employees bought some a few years ago for her planer fasciitis which hurt so bad she had to crawl about at times. According to her, the MBTs cured the pain completely.

I absolutely love these shoes. I had no trouble adjusting to walking in them, but it is a good idea to start slowly because you use muscles in a different way and you may get a little soreness in your legs, thighs and buttocks until you adjust. Feet feel great right from the start. I recommend ordering at least a half size larger than normal. A full size probably won't hurt if you wear thicker socks. They force you to straighten up. Posture improves considerably.
